You've uploaded a custom thumbnail for your video on YouTube, but when the video appears on your Podpage, the YouTube thumbnail isn't showing.
What to do:
- Check the thumbnail on YouTube. Make sure the image is at least 1280 × 720 pixels, then re-upload or replace the thumbnail for that video on YouTube.
- Give Podpage some time to update. The new thumbnail should appear on your Podpage within 24 hours.
- Still not showing? Contact Podpage Support and ask us to refresh your videos.
Tip: Make sure the thumbnail is updated on YouTube first. Podpage pulls the thumbnail from YouTube; changing the image directly on Podpage won't update the YouTube thumbnail.
